This exceptional white cocoa variety, cultivated in Peru's historic Piura plantations, undergoes meticulous hand-extraction, fermentation, sun-drying, and roasting. Marie Hugentobler collaborated with a French Maître Chocolatier to perfect the roasting process, unlocking the bean's nuanced nutty and milky characteristics with subtle Tonka undertones. CACAO PORCELANA opens with sweet rum notes before revealing cocoa's captivating bitterness, balanced by powdery and woody elements. The composition concludes with a distinctive dry down featuring light tobacco, patchouli, and sandalwood, creating a uniquely sensual olfactory signature.
