Once you place your order, it will typically be processed and dispatched within 1 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the following business day.


Shipping Times

Standard Delivery (UAE): We offer fast and reliable shipping within the UAE. Most orders will be delivered within 1-3 business days from the dispatch date, depending on your location.

International Shipping: We now offer international shipping, with delivery typically within 4-5 business days from the dispatch date.

Delivery Locations

We currently ship within the UAE and internationally. We are continuously working to expand our shipping options for even more destinations.


Shipping Costs

Free Shipping (UAE): Enjoy free shipping on all orders within the UAE.

Oman: A flat shipping fee of 50 AED applies.

Other GCC Countries: A flat shipping fee of 100 AED applies.


Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with a tracking number to help you monitor the status of your delivery. You can track your order directly on the courier's website.


Packaging

We take great care in packaging your perfume orders to ensure they arrive in perfect condition. Your items will be securely packed in high-quality boxes with sufficient padding to prevent damage during transit.


Delivery Issues

  • Damaged or Defective Items: Please inspect your items upon receipt. If you find any damage or defects, please contact us immediately at info@amberiya.com so we can resolve the issue promptly.

  • Wrong Item Delivered: If you receive an incorrect item, please get in touch with us within 48 hours of delivery, and we will arrange for a replacement or refund.


Missed Deliveries

If you’re unavailable to receive your order, the courier may attempt re-delivery or leave a collection notice, depending on the courier service used. Please ensure your shipping details are correct to avoid delays. If you encounter any issues with missed deliveries, feel free to contact us for assistance.
