Part of Toskovat’s Eau de Mémoire collection, the fragrance was launched in 2022 and was created by David-Lev Jipa-Slivinschi. Its composition evokes the atmosphere of a forgotten well, where rain, stone, fallen leaves, herbs, and damp earth create a hauntingly beautiful landscape. It opens with metallic notes, creating a cold, mineral introduction reminiscent of an old rusty coin. At its heart, rain notes, stone, dried fallen leaves, sage, and myrrh create a damp, atmospheric character with aromatic and resinous depth. As the fragrance settles, earthy notes, patchouli, Java vetiver oil, Haitian vetiver, galbanum, amyris, and carrot seeds create a green, woody, and deeply earthy base that evokes wet soil and forgotten vegetation.
